- Notably Krystal will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies. We ourselves will not use your information except to fulfill requests for products and services, complete your order, or on occasion contact you to help us improve our services.
- Ordering and Processing
- Notably Krystal orders are processed in two to three business days. Once your order is processed we will provide a digital proof to the email address entered at the time of your order. Please take time to look over your proof carefully for typos and errors. Any edit requests will be returned in one business day. Once we receive your proof approval via email, your file will be sent to the printer. Please note no changes can be made to your file after this point. You must allow 5-7 business days for your order to be printed and shipped.
- Printing and Product Details
- Notably Krystal does not print in-house. We use a commercial printer that has offset and digital offset printing capabilities.
Our invitations and announcements are printed on thick, 100 to 110 lb. matte paper, not photo paper, for a luxurious feel. If you want a little “something extra” for your cards, you can choose to have them printed on linen or shimmer stock for an extra $25/order. The shimmer paper offers a subtle but elegant sparkle to your card. It’s our favorite look! - Shipping
- We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail for a flat rate charge of $13.95. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Contact us for express shipping options at info@notablykrystal.com.
- Returns and Replacements
- Notably Krystal is confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, but if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it to initiate an exchange or return. Please note that all returns are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, and that we cannot refund shipping, customization and rush fees if they apply. In addition, due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors, including typos and layout mistakes.
In the case of a Notably Krystal error, please accept our sincere apologies and rest assured that we will fix the mistake as quickly as possible. Once you notify us, we will offer you a full refund, exchange or credit toward a future purchase. If you opt for a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging to help us enhance our quality control efforts. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment.
